Dr Muniz has been in the field for over 20 years providing services to children preschool age, via Early Intervention and up through high school. She earned her Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University in 1990 and continued her graduate work at Hofstra University, where she completed a combined Masters/Doctorate Program in School Psychology and Clinical Psychology in 1995. Dr. Muniz is a Certified School Psychologist both in NY and NJ and is also a Licensed Psychologist in both states. Prior to moving to NJ, Yvette worked with the K-12 population in the Board of Education public schools in New York. Being bilingual in Spanish, she conducted both monolingual and bilingual psychological evaluations for the school assessment teams, as well as, bilingual assessments and case management at multiple child development centers. In addition, she practices privately and providing psychotherapy to adults. After getting married in 2000, Dr. Muniz moved to New Jersey in 2001 where she has been a consultant on the Child Study Team in West Windsor Plainsboro School District for 13 years, conducting assessments, case managing and providing counseling services to students K-12. Currently, she is part of the Child Study Team at the Princeton Charter School. Yvette continues to practice independently providing psychotherapy to adults. Dr. Muniz lives in East Windsor with her husband and 3 daughters.
Elise Hobson is a National Certified Educational Diagnostician (NCED) and Learning Disability Teacher Consultant (LDT-C), Special Education Teacher, and student advocate for 32 years in various public school settings.
Before becoming an LDT-C she taught for sixteen years in an urban setting from preschool to second grade with a variety of disabilities. In her love to learn about disabilities, she sought her LDT-C certification to assist in helping a variety of students of different age groups in pinpointing their areas of strength and weaknesses. She has worked as an LDT-C in public schools for sixteen years with ages preschool to sixth grade. She has conducted private evaluations for preschoolers to adults for the past six years. She received her Bachelor's and Master’s degree in teaching students with disabilities and LDT-C certification at Georgian Court University.
She has won three grants as a teacher and LTD-C in order to advocate and support students. In her current school district, she was nominated as Educational Support Person for the 2019-2020 school year. When she is not assessing and working with students she enjoys, spending time with her husband and four children, traveling, baking, reading, and walking the dog.
Carol A. Webb, NCED, Ed.D. has been working in the field of special education for over 25 years. Dr. Webb is a certified Teacher of the Handicapped (PreK-21) serving students and families at both the primary and secondary levels of education. Dr. Webb earned her Master’s degree at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in the area of special education, and then continued on to earn her certification as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDT/C). In 2010, she passed the national exam to become a Nationally Certification for Education Diagnostician (NCED). In addition to teaching students with disabilities, and serving as an LDT/C on the Child Study Team, she brings experience as a Director of Special Services, where she has had the opportunity to create successful programs for students in the public school environment.. In 2016, Dr. Webb completed her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Education Administration with a concentration in Special Education. In addition, she has experience as an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Department of Special Education at TCNJ, and taught classes at both the Undergraduate and Graduate level. In her free time, Dr. Webb enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, their three adult children, and their beautiful grandchildren.
Donna Siani is a National Certified Diagnostician and a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant. She has also been certified by the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) as a Dyslexia Practitioner and holds a Wilson Level 1 certificate. Currently, Donna is a professor of Special Education at the College of New Jersey, teaching graduate level classes in special education. Before her retirement, Donna was an LDTC in a public school setting for over 25 years. Prior to becoming an LDTC, Donna is a special education teacher in N.J. and Texas. Donna has worked with students with learning differences throughout her career and has tutored structured literary to individual and small groups of students. She remains extremely committed to reading and academic achievement, as well as providing learners with the tools they need to ultimately be in charge of their own learning. Donna graduated from Seton Hall University with degrees in elementary education, special education and early childhood education. She obtained a Master’s degree in Special Education at the College of New Jersey and is certified as an Educational Diagnostician from Abilene Christian University. Currently, Donna works part time at the Lawrenceville Schools coaching students with executive function challenges and providing professional development. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and being with her grandchildren.
Stephany Flores is a licensed School Psychologist in New Jersey. She received her Education Specialist Degree from Rider University, where she graduated with distinction. Stephany has been working as a School Psychologist since 2016 in Middlesex County. She is an active member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and the NASP Bilingual Interest Group. She primarily works with elementary school students but has experience working with students ranging from ages 3 through 21. Stephany is bilingual in Spanish and uses this skill in her practice working with bilingual students and their families. She has experience working with students with a wide range of needs including Learning Disabilities, Genetic Disorders, Neurological Disorders, Behavioral Disabilities and Communication Impairments. Stephany’s wide range of skills and experience allow her to effectively work with an array of students and families to best support their unique needs.
David Eggert is a full-time special education teacher in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District. David has gone through training as both a Classroom Educator and an Associate with the Orton Gillingham Academy. David incorporates Orton Gillingham into his daily instruction in the classroom setting. David believes strongly in the Orton Gillingham Approach in combination with formulating genuine relationships with the students he tutors. David also supports educators in educational technology as a Google Certified Educator and Google Certified Trainer. In 2020, David completed his Master of Arts in Special Education for severe disabilities and transition services from Rider University. David is currently pursuing his second Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University. He continues to be a lifelong learner and strives to learn more to best serve the needs of his students. In David's free time, he loves to travel (and loves Disney), spend time with family & friends, and is busy running his award-winning aquatics business called Eggert Aquatics. David is a Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, and Water Safety Instructor Trainer (he now teaches the teachers!) David is engaged to. be married in 2023!
David recently completed accreditation with the Orton Gillingham Academy at the Associate Level.
Michelle Fisher has over 25 years experience in the field of Special Education. She currently works as a full time LDTC and member of the Child Study Team. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Education from Kutztown University in 1998 and has certification as a Special Education teacher in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Supervision from Rider University in 2007 and post-graduate certification as an LDTC from The College of New Jersey in 2011. Mrs. Fisher spent 15 years as a middle level special education teacher in both Resource Center and In Class Resource classrooms teaching all content areas, but especially enjoyed teaching Social Studies and Reading/Language Arts. Michelle has experience working with all levels, but is particularly passionate about middle school. Michelle also works as an instructor with the high school color guard in her district. She lives in Hamilton, NJ, with her husband, kids and two dogs.
Jennifer Dougherty has been in the field of education for 20+ years! She has the privilege of making a positive impact in the lives of many students every day, which she considers a blessing! Jennifer holds certifications as an early childhood, elementary, secondary and special education teacher, a certified reading specialist and is a nationally certified school psychologist. She has worked as a school psychologist since 2007 at the preschool, elementary, middle and high school level and has also taught collegiate courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Rider University, Widener University and Saint Joseph’s University. In her tenure as school psychologist, Jennifer has consulted at various levels and continues to emerge as an educator each year through ongoing professional development. Success for all is her motto and the skill set, knowledge and experience she possesses are highly valued by many school professionals, families and students.
Laura McGowan is a Learning Disability Teacher-Consultant for Freehold Township Schools. She conducts educational evaluations for the Princeton Center for Educational Assessments and is contracted to complete assessments as part of the research team for the Gaab Lab. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Rutgers College and has a Masters of Science in Special Education from Rutgers University.
Megan Greene has been working in the field of Special Education for over 18 years. She has experience as an instructional assistant, special education teacher, and is currently a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree from Towson University with dual certification in Special Education and Elementary Education. She has her Master’s Degree in Special Education from The College of New Jersey and her LDTC Certification from TCNJ. Megan also has her Supervisor Certification from Rowan University and is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Administration. Megan has spent most of her career in elementary but has worked with middle school and high school as well. She lives in Allentown, NJ with her husband and two young boys.
Michael Orfe is a school psychologist, career counselor, admissions recruiter, and the supervisor of secondary education for Mercer County Technical Schools. In the age of dinosaurs, Mr. Orfe attended a vocational high school program for performing arts, earned his undergraduate degree from NYU, and found his way to school psychology through Rider University. He holds two masters degrees in school psychology and educational leadership. Well-versed in both cognitive assessments and educational assessments (thanks to licenses in NJ and PA), Mr. Orfe also conducts workshops in differentiating instruction. He lives in Hopewell with his wife and two sons.

Enos, Ph.D. is a certified school psychologist and licensed clinical psychologist who has a wealth of experience in educational assessment, planning and intervention in the public school and private, nonprofit settings. Dr. Enos has conducted over 1,000 psychological evaluations that have contributed to eligibility determination

Enos, Ph.D. is a certified school psychologist and licensed clinical psychologist who has a wealth of experience in educational assessment, planning and intervention in the public school and private, nonprofit settings. Dr. Enos has conducted over 1,000 psychological evaluations that have contributed to eligibility determination and appropriate educational programming, case managed hundreds of students and notably engaged in a critical role in facilitating the development of well recognized special education programs. He has also had experience in special education administration and has mentored several school psychologists and special educators. As a practicing psychologist providing individual psychotherapy, he is well attuned to the personal challenges of those with unique developmental histories and learning styles. Dr. Enos remains dedicated to the provision of sound individual assessments, planning and intervention that meet the highest standards of integrity, ethics and effectiveness.

Kathleen Rotter, Ed. D., Professor Emeritus, The College of New Jersey, is certified as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant, School Principal and Chief School Administrator. Dr. Rotter has over forty years of experience in special education. She has been a teacher, special education administrator, training, State Department staff member, as well as a college professor. At the college, she taught graduate and undergraduate special education students as well as post master’s students in the L.D.T.C. certification program. She also founded and directed the TCNJ Dyslexia Initiative which included the TCNJ Clinic. As a private consultant, Dr. Rotter has worked with hundreds of school districts and parents’ groups to provide support and training regarding her specialties of dyslexia, learning disabilities, Child Study practices and special education law. Dr. Rotter is committed to ensuring that every child with a disability receives a free, appropriate public education and has dedicated her life’s work toward that goal by supporting compliant, impartial, and thoughtful assessment and research-based instruction.

Heather Tellier, Ph.D. has been working with students who have special needs for 20 years. She began her career in upstate New York as a resource room teacher and then continued teaching in different states including Arizona, California and Connecticut. She received her LDT/C certificate from the College of New Jersey and worked as a case manager for many years. More recently, she was a case manager at Princeton Charter school and helped to establish the Princeton Center for Educational Assessments. Heather and her family recently moved to Colorado and she is now working at the University of Northern Colorado.
