Follow-Up Support

Additional Family Meeting

Additional Family Meeting

An additional family meeting may be scheduled following your formal assessment review. Some parents prefer another conversation after they have had time to reflect on the results, ask follow-up questions, or discuss next steps in more detail. This meeting occurs after the initial results meeting that is included with your assessment.

We also recommend a meeting between the Director and your child to discuss the results in a supportive and developmentally appropriate way. This can be especially valuable for students in middle school and older, and may be helpful for some younger children, depending on their needs and personality. You know your child best and can determine whether this meeting would be beneficial.

Consulting Services

  • reviewing school documentation and assessments

IEP and School Support
