We can also provide a Comprehensive Child Study Team Evaluation is SPANISH! Our center has a Licensed Spanish speaking School Psychologist and a Certified Spanish speaking Learning Consultant.

Specific assessments will be chosen based upon intake information but the LDTC and School Psychologist will administer assessments such as:

  • The Woodcock-Johnson Test of Achievement (for academic levels)
  • Tests of information processing abilities (visual-motor integration, phonological processing, etc.)
  • Tests related to general emotional and personality functioning
  • Assessments related to executive functioning

The certified School Social Worker will interview the parent regarding the child’s developmental history, health and parental concerns.

Our Team Members will also :

  • Interview with the child and parent
  • Interview other relevant people (with the consent of the client)
  • Review relevant records

This evaluation typically takes one to two sessions of approximately three hours each to complete.
